"I agree with Hannul. It really depends on the situation. In the current meta some ADCs (ie Jinx and Lucian) are used more and can be very powerful, but that doesn't mean others aren't reliable.
In the end it all comes down to how much you know whatever particular ADC you wind up using. St"
