"Because Jhin has the "reload-mechanic" and a capt attack speed which is not affectet by Items, Runes and Masteries, he wont be able to stack up the fevor stacks and cant grain the full effectiveness of the masterie.
You take Dft because he gets immense high AD values which synergize with "
