Except... for first skillset, I'd make the CC last longer, and, instead of refreshing due to enemy champs being nearby, make it that CDR to enemy champs. For example. Ult cooldown- 20 second"

I'll confirm, Dark Wind has the highest possible range when bouncing around, but you're then relying on the enemy being slow-moving to be in your Dark Wind range or to hang aro"
