"Hey. I main Sona in plat, tried your build and cannot make health regen runes work well in lane. Sure you can trade more often, but you do a lot less damage than AP runes, which I prefer. Heals/barriers are small too. Just my 2 cents."

"You've got the right idea, but a little too glass cannon due to mastery tree and items. She simply becomes TOO squishy. I suggest Rylai's and/or Liandry's and some of the defensive tree.
And yes Lich Bane is perfect for a caster triggering it nonstop."
