"It feels misplaced on a support already healing with barriers. It's a great item and is perfect for Thresh who lacks something in that area, to compliment his othwerwise awesome kit. I just don't feel it is lifesaving often enough for Sona to warrent the other downside:

I have a few pointers:
Start with W and lay three W by a tower (any tower you choose, can be mid or top), then recall before minions spawn.
Use R and/or E to freeze and gank unsuspecting, unsupported enemies (with help)
His damage scales VERY bad"
