Posted a Comment: "I must say it's one of the best "off-meta" builds I have tested in S12/11...as you said waveclear feels way better compared to the standard build paths, rocketbelt has nice synergy with sylas kit too. 9/10 (if you will add matchups too it will definitely be 10/10 in terms of "off-meta"
