Lifesteal is nice to have, but unneccessary on WW due to his innert Healing capabilities. Essentially the gold you spent here is lost to you. If you insist on it, a Vampiric Scepter should be way than sufficient.

If wou skip Greater Seal of Resilience, those HP quints will still see you dead quickly, AD carries start with such a low amount of armor that it isn't even funny.
Don't use Teleport in your cheat sheet, it can really help if you want to afk farm and be"
