"Cool guide, but you have 0% atk speed? A nocturne with no attack speed is probably the worst thing you can do. He needs max attack speed since he does so much damage and life steal. The faster you can hit, the faster you can heal. This can actually allow you to tank turrets by lifestealing off minio"
