"I think Lucian's laning phase is still fine, considering the increased pushing power and the higher play potential. Personally I enjoy the Reaver -> Lucidity -> Youmuu's build; 40% CDR feels really ridiculous on him."

The build I've been using myself is Reaver into Lucidity into Youmuu's. Combined with 6 CDR Glyphs (or Sorcery) that'll put you at 40% CDR. Thoughts?"
