"If I would use them, then I'd go for Flat CDR ones, as this would strenghten Renekton's early-game; allowing him to snowball. I personally prefer 6 flat ones and 3 flat/scaling mres glyphs but you can use more if you want.
The scaling ones are okay, mostly because it's tough for Renek to get "
