About 164-176 ms, although stable so it's not that bad. I find it to be a lot more playable than my memory indicated but my cs is significantly worse, then again it's still higher than most. I suppose that's sad"

"Rylai's Crystal Scepter is really really meh on Swain. In order to get double damage from Liandry's Torment, simply use your Decrepify properly and there's also Nevermove.
Liandry's Torment is alright. It does well in top lane, although not sure if you can get it early.
