"I happened to watch Meteos' stream yesterday for unrelated Oxide shenanigans and I noticed two things. One, the guy never really smiles about anything. Two, he played a CDR-oriented Elise build with Ionian Boots of Lucidity and he maxed E second, presumably as a result of the late-game buff."
