"Sort of related: Wiki states Super Mega Death Rocket! is Magic Damage but the tooltip in-game states that it is Physical Damage. Ancient tooltip or wrong wiki info?"

W deals absolutely no damage. Speed boost ok.
E is good, bit costly early-game though.
R is a meh but cooler form of mf's ult.
Overall he has practically no steroids, mana dependent and his ult can easily be outplayed."

"Mana Barrier is no exchange for health since it's based on current mana and not maximum. Also 2 mana per level is good?! In what universe is that useful?"

Wrong runes. Flat Mres is mandatory. Especially with stuff like Corki, Zyra, Thresh and Sona being popular. I personally prefer movement speed over health quints tbh. Blitz is very tanky and the enemy cannot afford to focus him, ever.
