"Most games you don't even build it at all because Draven's Spinning Axe scales too well with BT in general. Additionally, Wicked Blades works with Critical Strikes as well so PHD does a better job in increasing dps. Draven is one of the few carries who will hit hard regardless of you"

Anyway, first way to increase tankiness is by getting health. Especially on low-base health champs such as Janna. Items like Ruby Sightstone and Kindlegem are way stronger."
