Suggested them, some mages can use them such as Kassadin. Those who have a lot of built-in damage and utility can make heavy use of it. Not sure if Cass utilizes it as well as Kassadin would but I can see it work. Diana and Akali"

no reason to use that. The real good stuff of both the defence and the utility tree is deep down. The tradeoff is just not worth it."
