"Dislike the current build-path. Toss IE and rush health over resistances. Youmuu's is great but just toss in a LW as a final item to make sure you still deal damage. However, current rating is way too low imo so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt."

Probably just a spike in popularity for no real reason, Ashe isn't better or worse than a while back. Personally I feel that she's generally really fun to play so I understand why people play her.
