Ziggs is underplayed and underrated imo but he requires a great deal of skill, especially when it comes to his ultimate. You must really love him and his playstyle to really master him.

Poor starting items. (Red pot, 9 potions and 13 potions start all beat amp tome easily)
CDR glyphs are a poor choice, get mres instead.
SV quints are alright, prefer HP5 or MS quints but they work.
Dislike the mastery choice; I think it's inferior to 9/21/0.
