Vayne and Kog are indeed very team dependent but can be very fun. Draven is also an AD carry with a huge skill cap and is very fun to play. GP indeed sucks but is a pirate so well... hard to...

AP Yi, as Alex Ich all showed us, is perfectly viable even in tournament play. You pretty much have to know how to play it and how to abuse his skills. He works against anything without cc in lane...
