"Not core on everyone I'd say. On Vik it works pretty well with his Gravity Field but I prefer DFG as HP counter. Liandry's works very well on high dps mages preferably with a slow."

"Hybrid pen isn't worth it anymore on about every caster. Brute Force isn't included anymore when you go utility tree and since stacking mpen (with the new Haunting Guise) became a thing - you want all the mpen you can get."
