"Very weak. Wins about no matchups and needs to farm for a long time to become useful. Even then, it's not guarantee you will actually win as he can be kited/cc'd easily.

"True hybrid is completely dead and wouldn't fit the meta. Also due to his turning system I think he'd be easily outplayed. For instance, Vayne's Tumble, which has a very low cd, would already screw him over.
I think the idea is fun but impractical."
