"@Jeffy: I know how AP Ezreal works, thanks. A CD nerf on his E would be decent but a mana cost increase would seriously hurt him. I think a CD nerf on his E (not too bad) and a nerf on his Q would put him in a good spot.
Atm his strong early-game + his above average late-game is just too good."

"The short range really hurts him a lot in lane. Zyra, Xerath, Orianna and Kassadin are notable mages he's very weak against. Additionally, lock-down hard-cc can take him out (including his ult) very quickly which makes him an overall quite risky pick.
