Cass is a very hard lane to deal with but, she has no target spells other than Twin Fang which requires being tagged by poison first. The lane is hard, but it's most certainly manageable."

I doubt that the 22AD would work against enemies with ranged harass such as Teemo, Kennen and Vladimir. However, you stated this as counterpick NOT as general pick; therefore +1!"
