"I personally think it's better to go 0/18/12 with Thunderlord's Decree on Thresh. And then first max your Q after you have 2-3 points in E, and then max W after Q. I would also say Face of the Mountain is better than Face of the Equinox, you gain more, but of course you'll have one less slot."
