So I didn't notice this before...
So I just went ahead and made a noob account, messing around with lowbies and such.
I have enough to get a 1.3k champ So i decided to go to the store... That's when I noticed I had 600 riot...

You know the level 1 tutorial, it's apparently a 2v2 map or a 1v1 map (You have another person on your team even though it's basically just you as Ashe vs Master Yi So idunno)."
