"I can explain a bit of items. Its not my build but i wiill tell you why it works.
*no hard defense items* The AP will increase his shield drastically and his E will allow you to heal a lot to stay in fights.
*CD* His passive is enough for the cooldown reduction. Sounds decent though. Worth t"

Ganking at level 1 was never said to be a MUST but if you have any experience in tournaments or competitive play, this is a way to get first blood.
