"No, soloqueue elo is used to determine your initial division placement, but your actual matches can fluctuate greatly. "

"Played in 2 tournies with my team over the weekend, placed 3rd in towerdive which we would have won if not for internet problems with our ADC, got 10$ of RP each anyway, but got knocked out first round in Go4LoL to the team that finished 2nd. "
