"Hec's W gives some sick sustain and his Q is spammable with decent damage. His E and R are decent escapes/gapclosers as well, hes underplayed for how strong he is. I'm not saying hes amazing, if anything he could use a tiny buff to maybe mana costs or something, but hes pretty balanced, the reason h"
