"If censer works on locket I can see it being good lategame provided the attackspeed stays on even if the shield is broken.
As for reaver, the item seems like it is literally ONLY good on gangplank. Do not build this item on jayce, muramana is 1000x better.
New BT looks ok. Not sure about that "

"Kog is solid in lane and amazing later, assassins got nerfed, supports that are good are really good with him in lane is the gist of it.
