"I want to clarify that crit is NOT a bad stat, the problem is it needs armor pen (and some AD) to scale past midgame. Atma's is in a weird place since tanky heroes don't usually build more than 1 damage item, and a lot of champions actually have shoddy base HP so it is very difficult to take an item"
