And start with boots + 3.
Skill order would be QWQE or QWE if you want to gank at 3.

"Well basicly there is no point on jungling without smite, any decent jungler would just steal all of your buffs, steal Barons and Dragons too. If you want to improve your ganking, pick Exhaust/ignite and Smite"

People tend to hate Teemo.
This is pretty much the build I use on solotop, Imo the Warmogs is a bit too much on HP so you could maybe put a GA or FH or something tanky."
