"Hm... It is a nice tier list but I completly disagree with your "weak" tier.
1. Gangplank-He has nice poke in the lane, sustain as well. Couse of his oranges and his slow he cant be ganked well easly, huge dmg output in the late game, and a global ult, thtat slows and deals some, not "

"You are my type of a guy! I always wanted to try ap Hecarim, (I did that in practise tool)
I didnt try this in PVP because i can never resist full MS hecarm, its so fun when you glitch on the mini-map! But after reading this, I simply must try it out!

-Urgot is a great top-lanner at the moment, so is Quinn!
-Graves is currently a really good jungler
-Corki, well he can be an adc, but he is also a great mid-lanner.
