"For Blue Ezreal, Armor Pen runes work better than AD because Iceborn Gauntlet's and Muramana's damage is unaffected by bonus AD but is affected by Armor Pen. Also, Spirit of the Lizard Elder got nerfed too many times to be honest. No one really purchases it on AD Carries anymore.
