"To me it seems that all the remakes have made Xin, Eve and Twitch kinda op. Dunno yet ofc, just seems from the Champion Spotlights (Eve and Twitch) and from my own experience with the present Xin (he is very viable now, and with this buff to ALL his abilities is just .. crazy)."

Searching for argumentation for: 9/0/21 on support?
Hi
Why would you build AP and magic penetration as a support? Is it just me who is missing something?
Wouldn't it be more beneficial to get like 6 in the defense tree to gain more lane...
