"I'd most likely go for Trinity since both press the attack and cleaver need stacking and that would bring you too far back in a fight, you might hit a huge powerspike after some time with press the attack + cleaver but that's mostly for 1v1s, if you aim for teamfights you should go trinity."

"You can just change the jungle item for a Duskblade of Draktharr and also afteryou complete that and The Black Cleaver if you are too pressured you can follow up with Thornmail/Spirit Visage before going for BotRK so you are not too squishy."
