"Yes, that's why he gets to keep it, but it's getting huge nerfs because "get out of jail free" cards aren't very healthy for the game. Now that TK is slowed while eating, and exit range is reduced, it has more counterplay."

1) You buy maw if you need MR, since by going PD you forfeit the possibility to buy the only real MR item for an AD carry.

"Glad it helped you. There's nothing to update, the build is the exact same as when I wrote it, in fact all the changes since then made my build better : for example huge ultimate hunter buffs, or the aftershock nerfs which make arcane comet the better choice."
