The cooldown early game is the same as similar abilities like light binding. The cooldown late game is 2 seconds shorter than Lux Q and with CDR it goes down to 5 seconds.

The combination of nevermove + ravenous flock is basically an instant cast death sentence that goes through creeps on a 9 second cooldown.
His ultimate is literally just press R win...

Not a fan. A rune that takes 4 seconds to stack is literally useless for ganking. It's made for toplaners who can stack it on creeps. IMO it's really for splitpushers who want to duel tanks.

The 10% AP scaling is huge for full AP kayle and the fast melee stacking is great on jax.
