Posted a Comment: "Just a quick question, on the ADC build on your first back it say you're meant to take Sheen and Cull, but why Cull and not Tear? I have 100k mastery points and I have always taken Tear since you are getting Manamune after all so it doesn't make sence. But besides from that everything is good"
