For Celestial Artillerist, Wits End is still good, but it will move up a few places in the build path because Terminus is effectively broken (it will replace BOTRK instead). The crit build needs to be reworked as the items that were strong last season are no longer"

Explosive Warden and Cosmic Wizard grants lots of output damage, focus on lasthitting properly, never feed and consider using tp to optimize recall timers (hard to manage due to Bard's low push ability in early game). Wait until you have enough items and meep"
