For example in a whole fight theres only 4 trinity force procs that nocturne could possibly get off. It doesnt exactly sound like nocturne could exploit its benefit"

How do i stay alive as a squishy melee, EG Nocturne?
Like the biggest problem i have is transitioning from early game to midgame. For example when i do well as nocturne i will go like 4-0 early game, but then midgame kicks in.. and i just start...
