Posted a Comment: "Wouldn't AP/LVL seals and glyphs with Flat AP quints give a better boost for early game? as when you reach lvl 6~ iirc the AP from the seals and glyphs beats the ap from flat runes. And it's during that time that ahri starts to go around for more kills."
