Posted a Comment: Mar 12th, 2011 "Every DPS needs IE and PhD otherwise its spell reliable. I play DPS champs a lot and I can play MF too, this build is simply bad. You do 200 more dmg with ulti and about 100 with double up, and crit build deals 500 more damage with no spells. Sorry"
