"In my opinion: SINGED!
his passive gives him more hp via mana.
poison trail deals epic damage with low mana.
fling and mega adhesive are good for disruption.
and his ult gives extra's for what everything a tank needs."

"first try the role you like, then try a easy, but strong, champs like tryndamere or rammus instead of urgot or twisted(these are quite hard actually)."

1st- no mana.
2nd- low cooldown abilities(ulti also)
