"Statikk shiv works very well with early BT. The combo gives you a lot of burst, and earlygame pressure. In the end, PD/Shiv is always a preference though."

"I don't see what maxing E first has to do with how aggressively you play in lane. You don't need Q to kill someone, and it does a very low amount of damage early anyways. Thanks for the down vote though. "
