"Well it's either take the 4 pots or save ur cash for your first buy its up to you. But generaly with the runes and starting items I hit like lvl 6-8 b4 i die or get a chance to recall and buy so the health potions really help out between fights. Also they can be epic if u pop one and kite to a healt"
