1. Greater Seal of Ability Power is not an optimal choice I'd say. Especially if you really start wrecking faces from level 6 on.
2. The masteries are not, as stated, standart at all. 3 points in wanderer and one in vampiri"

Loads of things are missing. Not going to mention all of them but at least a jungle route, maybe timers, teamfight stuff (since you got awesome abilities for that?) etc.
Also please don't ever use icons + lists. Really doesn't look good and is harder to read."
