Posted a Comment: Nov 17th, 2015 "I bought both, and the charges got combined leaving you with only 3 stacks across BOTH items, so placing a ward with your sightstone also removed one ward from your tracker's knife. And the tracker's knife had 3 charges as I bought the sightstone."
