"I don't really like this build, it makes Xin into a glasscanon, which doesn't currently work in the meta, which is usual for ranked games.
If you charge in, you die in a heartbeat.
I'd say go with Mercury/Ninja boots, HoG, and Phage will be the core items, from there depending on your team need"
