"Adding a bit of personal experience from a heap of jungle games, I find that spirit of the spectral wraith is a must, as you can give your mid laner blue after you pick it up and whenever you are low on mana, go drain a jungle mob and you get more mana back out of it. Its a win win and the early CDR"
