"Thanks for answering bud :) i made it to plat now btw :D i know what you mean, but i really didnt figure out the disadvantage of having the power spikes ca. 40 secs later, by pathing correctly. i really like the 5%cdr and item cdr. especially the 5% on youmoos or hydra saved me a lot yet"
