"That's going to take a while. Right now they have Vladimir, Katarina, and Jax in mind. Not to mention the jungle change and dodge removal. In my opinion, Riot's doing too much, too fast. "

"An easy temporary fix would be to have her stack crit chance everytime she attacks a minion. That would let her build up a nice hit for harass while last-hitting minions. Of course it would have to reset after hitting an enemy champion, regardless of if it crit or not."

"I don't get Warmog's Armor for Vladimir. It really encourages people to build Madred's Bloodrazor and Deathfire Grasp, and in Vladimir's weak position, he really doesn't need the extra attention.
